Job Description Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on a location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time PLEASE NOTE: Candidate must be able to work First, Second or Third Shift. Union Pay Rate: 36.00 -36.50 hr. • * Offering 5,000 Sign on bonus*** Performs complex installation and maintenance craftwork involving diagnosis, dismantling, repair and reassembly of intricate systems and equipment. Involves "A" type electrical skills and the performance of "B" type work in refrigeration and several other craft categories on a regular basis. Type "A" skill requires specialized training and experience usually acquired through training and experience. Work from complicated blueprints, schematics, layouts, verbal instructions, etc. Maintain clean and safe work areas and perform related duties. Quality is the responsibility of all employees, and each must have a thorough understanding of the quality policy and the appropriate procedures, standards and actions as they apply to process and precut activities, and as directed by the employee's team leader/supervisor. Employees have the responsibility and authority to identify, record, control, correct and verify any and all nonconformities relating to their job. Required Education, Experience, & Skills • High school diploma or GED • Electrical or HVAC journeyman's license • Hands on experience installing, maintaining, and replacing HVAC systems • Experience with hand and power tools • Ability to read, comprehend and apply written work instructions • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good manual eye/hand/finger coordination for handling mechanical and electrical equipment • Lifting up to 50 pounds Pay Information This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages. HVAC Technician II, Facilities Management

Requisition #: 74914 The Role at a Glance We are excited to bring on a Technician II, Facilities Mgmt. Craft Wkr to our Facilities Management team to work in our Fort Wayne, IN office. Background Details: Lincoln Fort Wayne has one of the most iconic Class A buildings in the community, one which has been part of the history of Fort Wayne since 1922. This role will be responsible for the ongoing projects and maintenance of all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems in the building. As the Technician II, Facilities Mgmt. Craft Wkr, you will be responsible for all the HVAC systems and equipment, troubleshooting equipment, shutdowns to hot and cold complaints, and completing simple projects to upgrade aging systems. Projects will include piping hot/chilled water coil installations, control system upgrades, and plumbing replacements. What you'll be doing As the HVAC tech, you will assist with all maintenance, troubleshooting on HVAC systems throughout the building. With the constant upgrades of aging equipment, the candidate will be engaged as a team member to the capital upgrade project estimating, planning, and execution. A successful candidate will be able to assist in seasonal start up and shut down of HVAC systems to include centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, low pressure steam boilers, hot water boilers, heating and cooling closed loop systems, all fan coil units and motor controls through the Building Automation System. What we’re looking for Must-haves: • HVAC experience with 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC technician. • Proven troubleshooting experience on window units, fan coil units, drives, refrigeration, and other equipment. • HS/GED degree Nice-to-haves: • HVAC Journeyman’s/Refrigerant license desired, not required • Condensing & LP Steam boilers experience • Strong troubleshooting skills • Humble team member • Hunger for learning & growing. • Ability to use technology i.e., MS Teams • Plumbing with ProPress/Solder/Cast Iron/PVC/Black Iron • Ability to assist with charging an HVAC system with refrigerant. • Safety/Cleanliness/Housekeeping/5S • Work well with customers/Customer Service Application Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted through September 25, 2025, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume.
