See More Details >>## Job SummaryThe HVAC technician will be responsible for routine maintenance and repair, scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled repair on the facility and equipment. Occasional work with the water system. Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs.## Qualifications- A committed Christian, in agreement with Whites Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct.- At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.- 1-3 years of maintenance experience required.- Must hold a Class 3 or Universal EPA refrigeration license.- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.- Must be willing to obtain WT2 and DSS licenses from IDEM (if not already certified).## Primary Responsibilities### Perform all routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair on HVAC equipment, commercial cooking equipment, and refrigeration equipment.Weigh and record all refrigerants installed or removed from equipment. Accurate records required by EPA.Perform maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment to include mechanical, plumbing, etc. as directed by the supervisorComplete any other tasks assigned by the maintenance supervisor.Keep the shop area clean.## Skills, Supervision## - Knowledge and Ability1.
