The Role: Our HVAC Install Leads are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. We are looking for a talented, self-starting, and well-experienced automotive HVAC technician. Candidate needs solid experience in automotive HVAC repair and installation. Strong understanding of automotive HVAC systems, including their components and operation is a must. Candidate must be able to install new HVAC systems, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems effectively. Willing to train candidates with a strong automotive mechanical background.
