The Role: Our HVAC Install Leads are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Our HVAC Install Leads can earn over $100k with Crew Pay + Warranty Bonus Potential. If your hourly rate exceeds your crew pay for the week- then you will be paid your hours worked- ensuring you get whatever is best for you that week! Experienced Automotive HVAC Tech

Job Summary Premier Products is the leading Seating, HVAC Systems, and Windows manufacturer for the Luxury Bus and RV Industries. Our manufacturing plants are in Elkhart, Indiana. We are looking for a talented, self-starting, and well-experienced automotive HVAC technician. Candidate needs solid experience in automotive HVAC repair and installation. Strong understanding of automotive HVAC systems, including their components and operation is a must. Candidate must be able to install new HVAC systems, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems effectively. Willing to train candidates with a strong automotive mechanical background.
