Job Details Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all financial operations within the division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. • Ensure accuracy of multi-entity financial consolidations and reporting. • Monitor and manage divisional cash flow and working capital. • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and performance metrics. • Own the annual budgeting process and deliver ongoing financial forecasting. • Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and coordinate with external auditors. • Provide timely financial guidance to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives. • Supervise and mentor regional finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and executive leadership to support divisional goals. • Partner with private equity stakeholders to align financial reporting and performance metrics with investment objectives. • Support due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning for mergers and acquisitions. • Lead post-acquisition financial integration efforts, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategic goals. • Evaluate acquisition targets and provide financial insights to support investment decisions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or controller role. • Proven experience overseeing multi-location operations with $50M+ in annual revenue. • Residential service industry experience required. • Strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance. • Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, and Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity. • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support regional operations. • Demonstrated experience working with private equity-backed companies. • Hands-on involvement in M&A transactions, including financial due diligence and integration. The service techs will do residential and light commercial work in and all around the Metro-Atlanta area. Must be able to perform routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems.
