Class 5 Service Technician • All skills listed in the Class 3 and Class 4 sections above plus understanding of water-cooled chillers, chilled water systems, large chiller rebuilds, rigging, large boilers, pumps, and assist with technical support to other technicians. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair large, water-cooled chillers. • Diagnose issues on large boilers with power burners. • Advanced diagnosis of air distribution systems (VAV/PIU). • Chilled water system distribution and troubleshooting. • Troubleshoot and repair/rebuild large pumps. • Possess superior system knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills.
