Braemar Construction is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing HVAC Division. We’re looking for skilled professionals with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience who are ready to step into a career with stability, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities 1. Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (residential and light commercial). 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems, including electrical, low voltage, and refrigerant-related problems. 3. Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups. 4. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. 5. Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines. 6. Work independently and as part of a team on varied projects. Requirements 1. Valid HVAC Technician certification/license preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience. 3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, tools, and industry codes. 4. Experience with low voltage wiring, refrigerant recovery/charging, and diagnostics. 5. Ability to work efficiently, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism with clients and team members. 6. Must bring personal hand tools (all power tools provided). 7.
