HVAC Technician

Braemar Construction is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing HVAC Division. We’re looking for skilled professionals with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience who are ready to step into a career with stability, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities 1. Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (residential and light commercial). 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems, including electrical, low voltage, and refrigerant-related problems. 3. Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups. 4. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. 5. Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines. 6. Work independently and as part of a team on varied projects. Requirements 1. Valid HVAC Technician certification/license preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience. 3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, tools, and industry codes. 4. Experience with low voltage wiring, refrigerant recovery/charging, and diagnostics. 5. Ability to work efficiently, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism with clients and team members. 6. Must bring personal hand tools (all power tools provided). 7. Carlin - Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician

The Carlin Site Services Facility Technicians will be responsible for keeping mining facilities functioning and in good order. Work includes outdoor, mine setting, which may include exposure to large equipment, working on uneven surfaces, working in extreme temperatures. Responsibilities • Safely and effectively perform maintenance on industrial, commercial and residential facilities. • Safely and effectively perform facility repair and remodeling. • Safely and effectively perform concrete flat work, tile, drywall, painting and welding. • Safely and effectively operate excavation equipment and tools. • Safely and effectively perform roof repairs. • Safely and effectively perform door and lockset repairs. • Safely and effectively perform plumbing repairs. • Work closely with HVAC technicians to perform needed replacement and repairs. • Accurately read blueprints for facilities. • Safely and effectively perform low voltage electrical work. Qualifications • High School diploma or GED preferred. • Excavation equipment experience preferred. • 2 years previous construction and maintenance experience is preferred. • Valid drivers’ license is required. • 4 years Mining experience is preferred. • Overhead door repair experience preferred. • Ability to lift and carry at least 90 pounds required. • SAP knowledge preferred. • Electrical experience / training required. • Plumbing, carpentry, welding and HVAC knowledge required. • Perform job responsibilities with integrity under minimal to no supervision required. • Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy required. • Excellent organizational, time management skills required. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently required. • Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills, with a courteous and pleasant customer service focus required. • Excellent verbal, written, and radio communication skills required. • Capability to multi-task, self-manage and self-motivate required. • Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards required. • Willingness to work weekends and possible overtime required. • Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions required.
