Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and technical documentation. • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Repair or replace defective parts and equipment as necessary. • Conduct field service visits to client locations for system inspections and repairs. • Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure timely completion of projects. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Requirements • Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry or related field. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction and property maintenance. • Familiarity with refrigeration systems, plumbing, and boiler operations is preferred. • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC design. • Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic instruments. • Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. • Previous experience in appliance repair or equipment repair is advantageous.
