Duties • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units and related equipment. • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. • Provide field service support, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Maintain accurate records of service performed, including equipment repairs and replacements. • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. • Engage in property maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring overall functionality of building systems. Skills • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC design and installation. • Proficiency in refrigeration techniques and ammonia refrigeration systems. • Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC applications. • Experience as a service technician with a focus on A/C repair and equipment maintenance. • Ability to read and interpret schematics for complex systems. • Field service experience with a customer-oriented approach. • Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
