What We Look For • Two-year technical degree or two years of experience as an Operations & Maintenance Specialist II, or completion of an apprenticeship program. • Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance. • In-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs. • Physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Use of a variety of hand and power tools or man lifts may be required. • Basic electrical system working knowledge. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Must be able to pass a thorough background check and subject interview, as well as a university background check.
