Your Impact Pearce is seeking an Entry Level HVAC Technician - Preventative Maintenance to join our team for performing preventative maintenance (PM's) servicing on commercial HVAC package units on cell phone tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. Core Responsibilities • Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA, company and industry standards • Work independently with minimal supervision in an efficient process • Conduct performance checks and regular preventative maintenance • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports • Drive to remote work sites • Minimum of 30 preventative maintenances (PM"S) to be completed weekly • Maintain a company vehicle according to company policies, which will include maintaining vehicle records, ensuring regular maintenance is performed at appropriate times, and the vehicle is always kept clean and in safe working condition Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs. Equipment to include: • walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers • refrigerators • ice machines • ice cream soft serves • cold pans • other cafeteria equipment • Diagnose and service cascade ultra-low freezers (-100 degrees F range) and other complex scientific lab equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • Heating Systems Service and Installation • Diagnose service and install all types of equipment related to heating in a safe and efficient manner.
