This position involves diagnosing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and ventilation systems at different sites. Field Service Technicians should be comfortable working in outside conditions and using ladders. The jobs our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another and require interaction with customers and multi-department collaboration. Job Title: HVAC Service Technician Department: Service Department, Fargo ND Supervisor: Service Branch Manager, Fargo FLSA Status: Non-exempt / Hourly Union: Local 300 Summary: MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota. Our project managers manage large portfolios of "complicated" buildings. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of MMC’s services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. You will be provided with a company van and tools and are required to travel to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. You will be required to repair, retrofit, and install small HVAC projects. You will be working in a team and will be the daily face-to-face contact that develops strong lasting customer relations.
