Performs necessary installation, repair, and maintenance services to assure continuous operation of mechanical equipment and systems. Operates building automation system computers and equipment to control pumps, fans, motors, dampers and related equipment to supply proper indoor air temperature and volume. General knowledge of plumbing, and general maintenance. May require nights, weekends and on-call duties. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
