Job Description: Nerthling's Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable HVAC Install Lead for their Erie, PA location. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshooting and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Responsibilities: • Lead the installations of gas furnaces and boilers distribution systems • Supervise and guide installation team members, providing training and support as needed • Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns. • Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with code requirements and company standards. • Perform installation of heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and refrigerant piping • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
