Title: Maintenance Technician – HVAC Specialty Office/Department: Maintenance Description: This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, installing, and implementing solutions related to the Campus HVAC systems. Responsible for the operation, scheduling, and integration of the campus BAS system. Knowledge of pneumatic and DDC controllers required. Responsible for emergency calls after regularly scheduled hours. This position will also perform all other maintenance tasks as asked or assigned, which may include electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance, and general labor.
