Your Impact Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Mountain Home, Idaho area, Core Responsibilities • Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs. Core Experience • Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required). • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred). • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred. • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email. Physical/Work Environment At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards. • Candidates should reside in the Mountain Home, Idaho area. • Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion. • Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure. • Occasional overnights required company pays all travel costs and provides $50 per diem/per night. • Driving to remote work sites as needed. • Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors. • Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds). • May need to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. HVAC Crew Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage a crew while maintaining job site safety, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of HVAC installers on-site for commercial and new construction projects. Read and interpret HVAC blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience (commercial/new construction preferred). Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and HVAC schematics. Knowledge of HVAC code requirements and best practices. Ability to manage time, crew performance, and project priorities effectively. OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
