Electrician/Critical Facility Tech

Job Summary: This role involves working as an Electrician/Critical Facility Technician at a terrorist screening center in Vienna. The position requires performing daily/weekly/monthly walk-throughs of facilities, responding to outages outside of the HVAC shift, and possessing a high level of technical knowledge and experience in performing maintenance, repairs, and emergency services in Class A buildings and mission-critical data centers. Responsibilities: • Perform daily/weekly/monthly walk-throughs of facilities in support of data center and office operations. • Walk-throughs are completed every four hours through the entire facility. • Possess a high level of technical knowledge & experience in performing maintenance, repairs and emergency service in Class A building and mission critical data center on state-of-the-art mission critical support systems. • Duties include performing daily inspections, preparing logs, supervising vendor/contractor activities and assisting in performing technical training for the operations team. • Operate & maintain equipment (electrical switchgear, diesel generators, HVAC/CRAC systems, UPS systems, PDUs, RPPs, BMS systems, and fire detection and suppression systems).

Dean|Fluor Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician

• *Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician Role:** • Covers all aspects of electrical work including installation, maintenance, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical systems and components. • Coordinates scheduling and execution of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Warranty work. • Acts as first-line supervision to electrical crews. • *Responsibilities: • Installation, maintenance, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical systems and components. • Responsible for maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE), hand tools, and test equipment. • Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others by ensuring understanding and compliance with safety policies, practices, and procedures. • Ability to troubleshoot digital multi-meters, clamp-on ammeters, power quality meters, infrared scanners, circuit tracers. • Simple protective relay calibration and commissioning. • Point-to-point verification of control wiring. • Equipment switching, isolation, LOTO, zero-volt check, and grounding. • Maintenance, tests, and inspections on high voltage SF6 circuit breakers, medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers, low voltage power circuit breakers, switchboards, panel boards, ground systems, motor starters, variable frequency drives, low and medium voltage cables, low, medium, and high voltage switches, ground fault systems, isolation transformers, two-winding transformers, power transformers, instrument transformers, automatic transfer switches, static transfer switches, sectionalizing switches, batteries, and substation and switchgear systems. • Working knowledge of NETA MTS testing specifications. • Accurately record field data for all tests and inspections using Power DB and Maximo. • Assist with start-up services on switchgear and electrical systems up through 138 kV. • *Qualifications: • Must be capable of achieving and maintaining TS security clearance. • High school diploma or GED coupled with Electrical Journeyman license or a Technical Degree/Certificate in a related field. • A minimum of 10 years experience in facilities maintenance with thorough understanding of electrical systems, controls, generators, and life safety systems. • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to efficiently schedule and execute work in dynamic environments.

Electrical Distribution Equipment Technician

Electrical Systems Specialist As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will lead and perform comprehensive inspections, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and start-up of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment.
