Pay Range : $30.00 - $42.00 / hour Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position Responsibilities : • Install and repair electrical equipment on cell phone towers • Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems • Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available. • Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a cell tower site • Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems • Inspect cell tower sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed. • Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice / Construction Crews. • Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work. • Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations Qualifications : • Be a licensed Journeyman Electrician in the desired state • Experience in the construction industry, telecom industry experience is a plus • Ability to work in a team environment with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen • Work in all weather conditions • Have a valid Driver's License Triad Associates Inc. is a division of Concordia Group.
