Spark is hiring a Helper Electrician to assist our more experienced Electricians. Our shop is in South Portland. We work a radius of about 90 minutes from there, with an occasional project outside of that area. You will be expected to provide your own personal transportation, but we will provide a truck as needed. We offer competitive wages, paid time off, and health benefits. See More Details >>DescriptionThe Journeyman or Master Electrician is a part of the solar installation team responsible for the highest quality installation of solar electric and solar hot water systems for our clients. In addition to the general responsibilities as a member of the install crew, and together with the Master Electrician, the Journeyman oversees the electrical portions of the installation including wiring, grounding, interconnection as well as permitting, inspections and utility witness tests as needed.
