Knowledge of BISCI telecommunications / data codes, local building and fire codes and OSHA regulations. Ability to read and interpret detailed plans, schematics, ladder logic, drawings and specifications. Ability to design and prepare cost estimates and bills of material for routine repair and special projects. Ability to coordinate and work with all other building trades. Ability to supervise work crews and instruct them in the proper handling and efficient use of tools and materials. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records and prepare routine and special reports using a computer. Ability to manage work orders and reports using a computer tablet in the field.
