We are looking to hire experienced COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL & RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIANS for the entire state of Maine. Qualified applicants will be responsible for installing electrical wiring systems in commercial and residential type buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Need to be familiar with wiring systems such as Branch Circuit Wiring, Power Distribution/Feeders, Fire Alarm and various types of Control Systems. • Need to have the experience with the installation of electrical apparatus, fixtures, panel boards and equipment for building distribution power. • Have a complete knowledge of the safety requirement for the electrical trade and complete construction site activities. • Have a complete knowledge of pipe bending and the installation of ¾” through 4”, Rigid, IMC, EMT and PVC conduit. • Must have the ability to read and interpret Drawings and Specifications and translate that ability to the installation of wiring systems. • Have a knowledge and ability to operate tools and equipment associated the electrical field. • Must have the ability to take direction. • We seek those with a hard work ethic, who enjoy becoming part of a productive TEAM environment. - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction and modernization of Commercial including schools, university, hospital, mixed use, solar & wind, hospitality, Power Plans, Water/Wastewater plants, Residential mixed use facilities, and other light & heavy commercial/industrial type facilities. • Previous hands on experience with installation of medium voltage systems, underground duct banks, switch gear and MCC's, cable tray, GRC, EMT, and PVC conduit systems required. • Valid State of Maine Electrician's Journeyman or Master license. Licensed Maine Helpers are also encouraged to apply. • Must be willing to take training, if needed to improve any facet of the Electrical Industry. IMPORTANT: • Wages include fully employer funded healthcare and retirement plans.
