Experienced Lead Electrician – (Position Available) PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING We are a growing electrical company seeking an experienced Lead Electrician for full-time work, with a focus on custom residential, new construction, and renovations. Key Responsibilities: • Rough-in and trim-out for new construction homes • Electrical work on remodels and residential docks • General service and troubleshooting tasks • Reading blueprints and electrical plans • Leading projects from start to finish (for lead roles) • Teaching and supervising electrical helpers • Documenting progress and maintaining detailed job notes Requirements: • Proven residential electrical experience required • Commercial experience is a plus • Industrial experience helpful but does not count toward residential qualifications • Must be able to work in various conditions and perform physical tasks • (bending, lifting, kneeling, digging) • Comfortable working from extension ladders or man lifts when required • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with other trades and clients • Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or on a team • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Pass background check and drug screening Nice to Have: • Experience wiring high-end/custom homes • Ability to troubleshoot independently • Desire to grow within a small, close-knit company What We Offer: • 4-day workweeks (Mon–Thu) – 3-day weekends every week! • Competitive pay (based on experience and performance) • Company vehicle (for qualified candidates) • Paid time off • Colonial life Insurance( After 90 day) • Positive, team-oriented work culture If you're a skilled Lead electrician looking for top pay, a company vehicle, and more time at the beach—we want to hear from you!
