Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician with a minimum of 4 years experience to join our team. The Journeyperson Electrician will work on various projects, including renovations, installations, and maintenance of electrical systems. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. • Renovate existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety. • Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for testing and troubleshooting. • Work with high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including industrial electricians and carpenters, to complete projects effectively. • Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements. • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations throughout all work performed. • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problematic.
