Responsibilities: For Journeyman Electricians: • Installation and Maintenance: Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards. • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to apprentice electricians. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address problems. • Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary. • Blueprints and Documentation: Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed. • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Report potential hazards and actively participate in creating a safe work environment. Qualifications: For Journeyman Electricians: • Valid Journeyman Electrician license. • Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and leadership abilities. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent.
