1st Class Maintenance Electrician Location: Houma, LA Position Overview: A 1st Class Maintenance Electrician installs and repairs wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical services for the facility, including cranes, air compressors, and faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Install and repair wiring, fixtures, and equipment for electrical services. • Maintain and troubleshoot cranes, air compressors, and other mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. • Read and interpret standard construction drawings and specifications. • Use job-related tools, gauges, meters, and other equipment to ensure systems are operating correctly. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Maintenance Electrician in a commercial or industrial setting. • Ability to read and interpret standard construction drawings and specifications. • Good working knowledge of electrical systems operations. • Proficiency with job-related tools, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
