Our definition for Carpenters we are looking for is - Carpenters: Having experience in construction of 1 plus years/experience (in finish work is a plus). This is preferred, however, if no experience, must come ready to learn should be capable of following instructions. The goal is to be able to perform tasks/jobs with little to no oversight or assistance. A person who is of ownership of most common tools used to perform the daily work they execute is preferred, but tools owned by the company will be available upon request and approval. Individuals will take pride in the work they perform, communicate with all staff, and work towards a common goal and quality of work standard as established by the team and company. • *These staff members are the backbone of the company providing high-quality work and production. Job Requirements: Must be able to lift 60 lbs. regularly. by yourself. You will not be required to lift more than 80 lbs.by yourself. Frequent twisting, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, performing work on knees, physically pulling/pushing of objects, climbing multiple flights of stairs, ability to use hand tools & general construction equipment, as well as handle the materials for installation, and walking great distances at times will be required.
