Wanted Lead Carpenter and Superintendent with experience in commercial supervision would be a plus. Union pay scale, up to $60 Hr plus benefits, a company truck (Qualified Superintendent Only). Scope of work: Musthave knowledge of how to shoot elevations and the understanding spot grading, all areas of concrete work forming including symons forms and concrete finishing. Able to read and interpret blueprints, good mathematical skills, have experience with emphasis on framing (wood and metal studs), doors and hardware (wood and hollow metal), drywall installation/patching, interior finish work and casework, remodeling demolition experience. Able to run equipment and specialty tools as needed. Superintendents must have experience running a crew, managing all subcontractors along with project scheduling, being able to meet all deadlines per project schedule and be able to focus on getting the job done efficiently and correctly. Typical hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and may travel up to 1 ½ hour from the St. Joseph MO location.
