This position is also responsible for working with exterior doors, completing miscellaneous demolition work, paving and concrete jobs, as well as remodel work. As a result, this position must wear safety harnesses to reduce the risk of falling anytime while operating any personal lift or while on any roof surface or deck. The ideal candidate should be well rounded in various areas of commercial construction. This position could require occasional overnight stays while working on projects which are out of town.
