Responsibilities · Perform high-end finish carpentry: trim, cabinetry, stair systems, built-ins, and custom millwork. · Read and follow blueprints and project plans with accuracy. · Cut, assemble, and install materials with precision craftsmanship. · Collaborate with project managers, designers, and trades for smooth execution. · Lead and mentor junior carpenters. · Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites, shop, and vehicle. · Solve on-site challenges quickly and effectively. · Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
