The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. As a key member of our team, the Carpenter I will work closely with other crew members and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest level of quality. Teach courses at various times and locations, including evenings and weekends. Group instruction will take place in person. This duty is performed daily, about 50% of the time. 2. This position will provide focused instruction on basic and advanced Construction courses: Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Industrial Maintenance. This position will provide instruction to students that is hands-on, with strict safety protocols adhered to that will incorporate OSHA training and OSHA standards. Training delivery and instruction will occur in classroom and hands-on skills lab settings. This duty is performed weekly, about 75% of the time. 3.
