Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Duties • Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, walls, and roofs using wood and other materials. • Perform frame carpentry, including building walls, floors, and roofs. • Install drywall and finish surfaces to ensure a polished appearance. • Execute fixture installation for cabinets, countertops, and other built-in furniture. • Carry out trim carpentry tasks including molding and trim work for both interior and exterior applications. • Engage in masonry work as needed for structural support or aesthetic purposes. • Conduct mold remediation efforts to ensure safe living conditions in affected areas. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety protocols. • Provide maintenance person services for various home improvement projects as required. Experience • Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is essential. • Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus. • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Experience with drywall installation and finishing is highly desirable. • Knowledge of stucco application techniques is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is beneficial.
