Job Summary: 3D Construction is looking for a skilled carpenter with knowledge of various carpentry techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client’s requirements. Job Duties/Responsibilities/Skills/Abilities • Ability to accurately measure, mark, and arrange materials to establish a layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors. • Cuts and shapes structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, etc. • Uses various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. • Understands how to take direction for things like remodel work, building of decks, new builds, siding, and general construction. • Ability to understand directions and blue prints. • Ability to read a tape measure and perform mathematical problems quickly and accurately. • Ability to properly care for tools and use tools. • Thorough understanding of carpentry principals and methods.
