MGB Investments, LLC is currently seeking a Skilled/Finish Carpenter Position Responsibilities: • Must be able to read and interpret prints, drawings and plans • Will use hand & power tools • Layout, measure, mark, cut and arrange material • Perform rough to finished carpentry work on buildings, framework, and trim. • Other duties as assigned • Effectively communicate with management, staff, and sub-contractors Required Qualifications • Demonstrated construction history experience • Ability to read prints and construction drawings • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience • Good problem-solving abilities • Reliable with a strong work ethic • Good aptitude • Good reading comprehension • Ability to work independently – minimal supervision. • Good communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Previous supervision of others a plus Hours • 7:30am to 4:00pm - Monday through Friday or similar Pay • $23/hour to $30/hour depending on qualifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: • Moberly, MO 65270 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Moberly, MO 65270: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
