Lead Carpenter - Construction/Remodeler

Job Summary: The Construction/ Remodeler will perform skilled trades work on residential renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: • Construction and Renovation Work: • Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, installing drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry installation. • Assist with demolition work as needed, ensuring proper disposal of debris. • Material Handling: • Measure, cut, and install building materials with precision and care. • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. • Quality Craftsmanship: • Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction. • Pay close attention to detail and follow project specifications. • Safety and Maintenance: • Follow all safety protocols on job sites, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Collaboration: • Work closely with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. • Take direction from supervisors or project leads as required.
