Do you seek advancement opportunities? If so, we would like to speak with you! Key Responsibilities: Interpret trade blueprints, specifications and drawings for materials and dimensions. Prepare building and truss layouts using framing square, rulers and levels. Measure, cut and assemble building materials. Fit and install windows and doors and related framing, hardware, weather stripping and exterior trims. Install subflooring, insulating materials and sheathing. Fit and install soffit, support backings and miscellaneous building construction. Install interior trim, stairs, and other finish carpentry. Erect and build scaffolding. Other Requirements: • Requires occasional overnight stays. Typically up to five nights a week. • Work overtime on short notice. • Requires travel with personal vehicle to and between projects • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. • Must remain drug/alcohol free (position subject to various drug/alcohol testing).
