In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing various maintenance duties in commercial buildings. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality service to our valued clients. Location: Detroit, MI (and nearby cities) Pay: Up to $40 an hour What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work. Perform basic electrical repairs on items such as light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc. Perform light plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc. Build and repair structures such as partitions, walls, and flooring. Perform general maintenance. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national building codes. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
