Experience Candidates should have a strong background in the following areas: • Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols. • Proficiency in woodworking techniques and practices. • Familiarity with the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation. • Experience in plumbing, masonry, electrical work, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly tasks, and construction painting is highly desirable. • Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various trades within the construction field.
