Responsibilities • Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, floors, and doorframes. • Perform remodeling tasks including drywall installation and finishing. • Install cabinets and other fixtures with precision. • Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and seams for durability. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure task completion properly. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. • Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on the job site. Qualifications • Dependable transportation required. • Ability to pass a drug test is required. • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of interior finish skills are preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively across multiple projects. • Experience in drywall repair and finishing is advantageous. • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches is advantageous. • Physical stamina and strength necessary for lifting heavy materials.
