Essential Functions • Responsible for locksmith duties including building maintenance program inspection and repairs. • Responsible for repairing any holes in walls larger than 16" x 16" in size, including taping, mudding and sanding. • Selects stock, tools and supplies such as fasteners and adhesives used to repairs architectural surfaces. • Removes and replaces non-functional hardware, cabinetry, counter-tops, shelving, partitions, doors, windows, walls, floors, furniture and building framework using power tools such as planer, sander, saws and drills or hand tools such as planes, chisels, rasps and saws (in a safe manner according to manufacturers and departmental guidelines) in a safe, effective and sufficient manner in response to or in support of customer needs. Range of Pay • Pay starting between $24.70 and $30.16 per hour.
