Carpenter

About the position Responsibilities • Construct, erect and repair buildings and other structures made of wood, steel and other materials. • Perform required tasks to complete building/room renovations of varying complexity. • Ability to patch, tape & texture and paint. • Build concrete forms, scaffolding, bridges, shelters, and other structures. • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings. • Assist other trades during construction projects. • Conform to building codes and other regulations. • Perform layout including selecting, measuring, marking and cutting materials, planning sequences and methods of work. • Assist journeyman with these duties. • Work after hours, weekends, public holidays and possibly shift work to ensure 24 hour coverage to the facility. Requirements • Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. • Experience in construction and carpentry work. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. • Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Remodeler

We have an immediate opening for a Remodeler to join our team. You must be hard-working, reliable, and willing to perform various tasks that are required on the work site and shop. We prefer candidates who have at least three year of experience in construction or skilled labor, but are willing to train the right person. Having a valid driver's license is required. Depending on the job, you may also be required to work early or late hours, and sometimes overtime shifts.
