Job Summary: DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas, a leading Design/Build remodeling company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. The Lead Technician will complete and manage the project with Trade Partners, ensuring quality work and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits. Visit our website for more information - www.dreammaker-remodel.com/nwa/ Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • QSEHRA (Health Care Reimbursement) • Paid time off and holidays • Simple IRA with match up to 3% • Monday through Friday work week (8 hr days) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Working with the designer and completing the renovation of the project space as per the approved design (carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, painting, trim, etc) • Staying up to date on current building code requirements • Reviewing production procedure and schedule before project starts • Reviewing material staging and assuring complete for project start • Attending preconstruction meeting • Attending weekly or daily meeting to allocate resources • Setting up jobs for dust and floor protection – making sure job site is clean • Communicating progress of job to homeowners and production manager • Keeping clean appearance and wearing DreamMaker approved clothing • Completing job completion checklist and reviewing with client • Daily project reporting in DreamMaker software • Following the DreamMaker Code of Values Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction or remodeling industry • Proven leadership experience, with ability to manage a team effectively • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other trade skills related to kitchen and bathroom remodeling • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Self-starter and able to work independently without constant supervision • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in various weather conditions EEOC statement: DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas is an equal opportunity employer. CARPENTER - CONCRETE

About the position Nabholz Construction Services is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Rogers, AR. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This role requires proficiency in using carpenter's hand tools and power tools while adhering to local building codes. You will work closely with blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine the materials needed and the dimensions of the structures or fixtures to be fabricated. In this position, you will build and construct footings, walls, columns, and decks using a variety of hand tools and materials, including aluminum joists and lumber. Commercial Concrete Carpenter General Description: Responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks associated with prepping, pouring, placing, and finishing of concrete. Tasks include erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings. This may include concrete tilt-wall forms, symon forms and/or structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, parking garages and other cast-in-place concrete structures.
