Global Job Description: Site Leader – Storage Preservation and Maintenance (SP&M) Location: Morgan City, La 70380 The Site Leader is responsible for the oversight and leadership of a safe and efficient operation to include Preservation & Maintenance of LNG equipment in a warehouse and outdoor storage facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. The Site Leader will supervise, develop and manage site employees, manage operations, and oversee preservation and maintenance activities related to equipment stored at the facility, including but not limited to LTS modules, storage tanks, process equipment, and safety systems. Key Responsibilities: • Supervision and Leadership: Directly supervise a team of personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and capable of performing their duties safely and effectively. This may involve training, development, performance management, and conflict resolution. • Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation at the facility, including monitoring process parameters, controlling equipment, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This includes managing operations throughout the facility. • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines. This includes conducting inspections, managing safety programs, and responding to emergencies. • Engineering and Maintenance: Oversee the preservation and maintenance of all plant equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and process control systems. Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the LNG, Oil or Energy industry. • 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management. • Local to gulf states, ideally Southern Louisiana • 3-5 years field experience with maintenance scheduling or a related role. • Proficiency in using software tools for document management and scheduling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience interpreting technical documents related to maintenance and industrial equipment. • Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., MaintainX, CMMS platforms). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with document management tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Dropbox). • Effective communication skills and ability to follow up proactively with vendors and internal teams. Working Conditions • Office environment within a warehouse, and daily rounds for outdoor field supervision. • Full-time position with standard working hours. M-F, with occasional travel in Louisiana.
