Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team in Brookhaven, MS. • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks such as prep work, packaging, and assembling products for both the mouth call and general production departments. Key Responsibilities Include: • Preparing workstations and materials as needed • Assisting production assembly department with product assembly • Packaging products based on guidelines • Procuring materials as needed for projects • Providing assistance with other projects as required Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years related experience • Knowledge of general production process; basic understanding of assembling and packaging products; good reading and comprehensive skills; basic interpersonal skills; basic PC skills; sound safety practices and good housekeeping requirements. • Ability to stand and assemble products for long periods of time, attention to details, and ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
