Position Overview We are seeking experienced Service Carpenters to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finish carpentry and service/maintenance work within luxury construction. This role requires a professional who can deliver top-quality workmanship on high-value projects. Responsibilities • Perform finish carpentry and service-related work on luxury residential and commercial projects • Install, repair, and maintain millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, and other wood components • Troubleshoot and resolve client service requests in a timely and professional manner • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution • Maintain strict quality standards, precision, and cleanliness in all work • Ensure compliance with jobsite safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications • 3+ years of carpentry experience in high-end residential or commercial construction • Strong skills in finish carpentry and detail-oriented work • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills for client-facing situations • OSHA 30 (preferred) • Tools and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits • Compensation range depends on experience • Steady work with a respected luxury general contractor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
