Key Responsibilities • Perform rough and finish carpentry for both residential and commercial projects. • Install kitchen cabinets, doors, moldings, and millwork with precision. • Execute wood and metal stud framing according to architectural plans. • Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical documents. • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and craftsmanship. • Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently. • Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety protocols. • Operate tools and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards. Qualifications • 5+ years of carpentry experience in both commercial and residential settings. • Proficient in wood framing, metal framing, millwork installation, and door/molding installation. • Ability to read and work from architectural drawings and blueprints. • Must reside in New Jersey, preferably near Little Ferry. • Valid Driver's License. • OSHA 30 Certification required. • Certifications in fall protection, safety, and scaffolding preferred. • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or in teams.
