Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Strictly Limited To) • Install Cement board backing & subfloor. • Thinset & Mesh Tape cement board joints. • Install cement mud job. • Apply sheet membrane and liquid-applied waterproofing. • Install wall & floor tile. • Install Schluter / Metal trim. • Install sanded, non-sanded & epoxy grout. • Install ceramic and glass tile backsplash. • Install quarry tile & wall base. • Install marble saddles. • Install cement self-leveling. • Daily work area cleanup. Qualifications • MUST possess excellent communication skills and follow instructions from the field supervisor. • MUST be detail-oriented, work neatly. • MUST have own hand tools, basic power tools (And know how to use them!). • MUST have an OSHA-40 card. • MUST be able to work on the books. No Exceptions on this. • Basic FLOORING skills are a plus. • Basic CONCRETE skills are a plus. • Basic CARPENTRY skills are a plus. • Basic BLUEPRINT READING is a plus. • A VALID NYS Driver’s License is a plus. • 3-5 YEARS FIELD EXPERIENCE MINIMUM (WITH REFERENCES). • Living on Staten Island is a PLUS. • Having own vehicle is a PLUS. • Living in close proximity to the office is a PLUS.
