Seeking Precision Die Maker for Aerospace, Medical and Defense Industries We are seeking an experienced Precision Die Maker to join our team in a modern, ISO-certified environment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the build, repair and maintenance of progressive and single-hit stamping dies. Key Responsibilities: • Build, repair and maintain complex metalworking dies with high precision. • Troubleshoot production issues and make adjustments for consistent part quality. • Read engineering drawings, blueprints and CAD models to ensure accurate die design and function. • Operate surface grinders, mills, lathes and toolroom equipment with precision. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications and drive business growth. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Die Maker in a metal stamping environment. • Proficient in tool and die fitting, machining and assembly. • Strong knowledge of progressive die design and function. • Familiarity with tool steels and heat-treating processes.
