SUMMARY: Responsible for the effective coordination and completion of all carpentry projects on property. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Performs general carpentry-related repairs • Performs assigned carpentry projects and installations. • Performs work in accordance with work orders. • Repairs furniture. • Maintains an adequate supply of all materials, supplies and equipment necessary for the efficient completion of job responsibilities. • Repairs and/or replaces locks and hardware as assigned. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
