Senior Construction Manager Position

Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily project activities and ensure successful project delivery. This individual will work closely with our team to coordinate schedules, logistics, inspections, material distribution, plan review, and subcontractor coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily residential new building construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP trade drawings. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under direction, and have a demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction means and methods. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules and sequence. • Assist in all site construction operations, including scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met. • Evaluate progress and prepare daily job logs as required. • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. • Ensure that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations are followed. • Coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control and safety checks, and provide on-site direction when preparing construction sites. Requirements: • BS Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. • High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience. • 1-3 years of on-site construction experience in multifamily residential new building construction. • Working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws. • A demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction means and methods.
