This role involves working as part of a team under the direction of a senior team member, assisting with construction services and providing exceptional customer service. • Support the team leader on assigned construction projects, including installing landscape features while meeting deadlines and quality standards. • Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks. • Maintain landscaping equipment, store it safely, and report malfunctions or repairs to the team leader. • Follow established safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating tools, vehicles, and small construction equipment safely, have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
