Some examples of our normal operation include: • New residential construction • Residential and commercial remodeling • Property maintenance • Sawmill operation and wood processing • Structural wood truss manufacturing • Log cabin construction • Marine construction • Pole barn construction • Tiny home manufacturing • Wood working and furniture making Responsibilities • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Work with hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently. • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. • Carry oneself in a professional manner at all times Experience • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role is preferred. • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices is beneficial. • Previous experience working with drywall is desirable. • We encourage candidates who are dedicated to their craft and eager to contribute to our projects while growing their skills in the carpentry field.
