JOB ROLE SUMMARY: DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Ability to read architectural floor plans • Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes • Must be proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware. (Exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.) • Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and customers • Other duties and job responsibilities as needed • Minimum Tool Requirements: • Work Boots w/ Safety Toe • Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill) • Hand Tools As Required o Tool cart o Ladder o Power Tools: • Skill Saw • Angle Grinder MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Able to stand for extended periods of time. • Able to lift up to 80lbs. • Ability to work in various weather elements. • Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
