If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, we want to hear from you! Full Time Hours for the Carpenter: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. No Weekends, No Holidays! Year Round Employment! No Temp Work! Pay Range for the Carpenter is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on background and qualifications. Comprehensive benefit package offered by employer upon transfer (when eligibility is met) Responsibilities for the Carpenter: • Responsible for quality repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects • Communicating with customers about the scope of work • Ensuring the efficient use of materials and maintaining adequate stock of necessary equipment • Building customer relationships and uphold company standards for excellent customer service • Use and maintain tools/equipment in safe operating conditions • Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with the coworkers Minimum Qualifications for the Carpenter: • At least 3+years of experience in home maintenance, home improvement, repair & remodeling, carpenter, or handyman services • Reliability, professionalism, and great communication skills • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record required • Must be able to pass a background check • Works efficiently and accurately while paying close attention to detail • Works well both as part of a team and independently • Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. • Proficient use of power and manual equipment and measuring tools. • Trade Skills a plus: Framing, Finish Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Flooring, Tile Why Join Our Client's Team? • Excellence in Craftsmanship - They take pride in delivering high-quality work. Residential Construction Specialist

The Construction Technician is responsible for delivering high quality construction and service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in managing construction services. • Key Responsibilities: • Compile and resolve punch list items. • Assist or perform final walk-through with customer. • Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer. • Project Management: • Attend pre-construction meeting with customer. • Provide project updates (daily narrative) to Construction Coordinator in electronic format. • Communicate information to customer and update Construction Coordinator with all responses. • Construction Execution: • Schedule project with Construction Manager/Construction Coordinator. • Perform construction services as required. • Manage subcontractors and pick up/deliver material supplies. • Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of scope of work. • Document project activities including photos, job diary, and signing documents using the ManageIT Mobile app. • Manage and produce change orders. • Subcontractor/Resource Provider Management on large projects: • Maintain quality standards through site inspections. • Evaluate and rate vendors and subcontractors. • Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions. • Cost Control and Schedule Adherence: • Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased. • Confirm budget is reasonable and adequate. • Perform construction services within budget. • Help ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders. • Validate schedule and progress with Construction Coordinator. • Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.
