Key Responsibilities • Full-Scope Framing: Read blueprints, establish control lines, and expertly frame walls, floors, trusses, and roofs. • On-Site Leadership: Supervise a small crew, organize material deliveries, and provide real-time progress and safety updates. • Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, rough-terrain forklifts, and OSHA-compliant scaffolding. • Quality & Safety Oversight: Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), enforce safety protocols, and ensure all framing meets structural codes and company standards. • Creative Problem Solving: Resolve layout issues, optimize construction sequencing, and suggest value-engineering solutions. • Material Coordination: Accurately assess daily material needs and relay them to the office to maintain project momentum. • Documentation: Use CompanyCam or similar tools to capture progress photos, site conditions, and field updates.
