This will include carpentry, masonry, plastering, painting, roofing, flooring, and concrete work. In this position, you will repair and install doors, locks, and windows. You will repair and replace a broad range of building items, equipment, furniture, and other hardware. You may be required to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, diagrams, or manufacturers’ recommendations to lay out and complete job assignments.
